Hi i am having difficulty connecting to my sierra charts, it lets me log in but stays yellow by the connection, will not go to green, i contacted amp futures and it is not something wrong from their end, can you help me out?my email is **

User was called. And the problem is a connectivity issue affecting the port used for the order routing service. They will contact their ISP about this.
