Hi

I just set up a Earn2Trade account using rithmic, which I known you guys hate and seems a pain in the ass. But I figured out the bridge connection and I got data and everything.

The problem I have now is my DOM and Chart are not showing my orders/positions in the other. Like if I open a market buy on the DOM, nothing shows up on my tick chart. And viceversa if I open a position from the chart, nothing shows on the DOM. And even if I hit "Flatten" on the DOM it does nothing and I get en error message on the activity log saying there is no order open to cancel.

I have both set up in the current Sept ES contract. This is very frustrating cause I am trying to do a prop tryout but obviously I cannot do anything if those 2 things are not in sync with one another. When I switch into Sierra's SIM trading more it works fine and all the orders sync and show on both, etc.

Any idea what is going on that the chart and DOM are not working together under the Rithmic connection?

Thanks

Follow the instructions here related to this:
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Viewing Orders and Trade Position on the Chart / Trade DOM

It sounds like it is a case where the Chart and Trading DOM are set to different Trade Accounts.

Sounds similar to an issue I had. If Sierra Chart Engineering's post didn't resolve the issue, take a look at this thread.
