Using the study 'horizontal line at time' how would I get the highest and lowest values since that line?

So if I start the line at 14:00 I want to know what the highest and lowest point has been since that line.

Use another study for this finding:

High/Low for Time Period | High/Low for Time Period - Extended
High/Low for Time Period

The problem is that I am using the 'horizontal line at time' as a reference for other studies which are above and below. So if that high/low for time period study had a midpoint reference to work with that would be awesome...

There are several types of settings / views in that study ... send the screen here as you set it up

Look at the screenshot.
Number 2 and 3 work together because I can set number 3 to subtract from number 2 and that draws a line on my chart.

BUT

I cant subtract from high/low for time period because it only has a high and a low setting. I need to subtract from the midpoint.

I can get around this but that involves a whole bunch of other studies and it starts getting confusing. So if the high/low study simply had a midpoint it would be very convenient.
