I did the upgrade and lost my custom studies. How can I get them back? Does it have anything to do with the system being 32 bit as opposed to 64? Everything was fine until I did the upgrade.

Please assist.

It would be good to write from which version to which version you upgraded. This makes it easier to identify where the problem is.

"Custom studies" - do you mean your own studies for which you have the source code or do you mean usercontributed studies?
If you mean usercontributed then here it is solved:
Sierra Chart Engineering
We want you to install Sierra Chart again following the instructions here:
Software Download: Fast Update

And enable the Install Optional Components on the Installer window to get the updated DLL.

You may need to remove the studies from the chart and add them again:

For custom studies (for which you have the source code):

The difference between 32bit and 64bit is in the compilation. And other changes in code notation

How do I know what version I upgraded from? I did the upgrade when prompted. I'm not sure if it was 2092 or what? Normally I do not upgrade because I always end up with issues. Is there a way to get them back or find out what version I can go back to?

You might be able to use Help >> Install Previous Version and that will automatically take you back to the version you were running but that may not work if you updated from a version going back more than about two months ago.
