Hi
I am currently connected via amp/ttnet and have paid for and activated my SC real time and historical data feed ($35) but for some reason i cannot get the {M} to show up after the CME symbol showing i am connected to SC feed and not tt? I Have restarted SC a couple time but still nothing? I am wanting to see data for ES, NQ, YM and GC. thx

Do you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled?

If not, then enable it and reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu.

If you do, then perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps

There was a recent version or two that had a problem with the processing of the Symbol Settings that might have affected them and this is why we recommend a Full Reset.

Tried the above and still have no luck! Should I update to the newest version of SC 1084? I am currently running 1082. Internet is solid and I have a stable connection with AMP/TTnet. Also, SC data feed is activated in my account management. thx

You need to restart Sierra Chart. Also during the logon process enable the Force Login checkbox on the Login window.

This is the only problem so long as you are using the correct Sierra Chart Account Name which we would assume so.

Ok so I have restarted SC multiple times and have enabled the Force Login check box but still no SC data connection. Where do I check for the correct Sierra Chart Account Name? Now that I have checked the force login it automatically logs me in and I cannot see the settings as it logs me in too fast.

Apparently you are using the wrong Account Name. You need to use the very same Account Name that you use to log into this Support Board with. Not the one that has been provided by a broker/ trading service.

Restart Sierra Chart and press the Cancel button on the Login window and then you can update the Account Name and Password.
