My HULL MA is still listed as a study but is not showing since downloading the newest version. Any suggestions?

Thank you,

I reviewed the link and do not see anything that will resolve the issue. The Hull was visible in Friday's session. now it is not. The only thing that changed was the install of the new version update for software. This study has been in the chart for many months. Please advise what may have changed. thank you

I meant to add that the subgraph setting is a Custom Value at Y with border that allows for a color change when slope changes. thank you.

Definitely nothing changed with that study. The documentation we gave you above is the only known information about this issue. And it is general information which applies to all studies.

I appreciate that. What could have changed from Friday's session? I didn't make any changes to the settings, just downloaded the new software version version. thank you

Reset that study to its default settings:
Chart Studies: Resetting Default Study Settings For an Individual Study

Add a new Moving Average-Hull study to the chart and set it to a Length of 10.

I tried to reset defaults but I receive an error message that says "Windows error code 2:The system cannot find the file specified." THe study is listed under Studies to graph/Again, I made no changes since Friday. just did the update.

On another chart, I removed the Hull and added a new one. I can see it way below the Renko bars at the bottom pf the chart, it usually displays on the Renko bars. The Draw style I use is the Custom Value at the Y with Border. This setting appears to be creating an error. I added another Hull with draw style "line" and it charts just fine, but the Custom Value at the Y with Border does not. (but it did Friday)

thank you

Ok we understand. You cannot use that Draw Style. That is not going to work properly at all with that study. A study has to be designed specifically to use that.

Instead use this study in combination with the Moving Average study:

I switched to a dashed Draw Style that changes color with slope and has the same effect. The Custom with the Y used to work, but the dash is good too. thanks
