Is it recommended to use a new instance for my DOM for faster execution Or fills ? Or will not make a difference ? Thanks

So what is considered a high CPU usage that would actually slow down trading ? My CPU usage is only 11% on my Computer. My orders dont seem to fill as fast(on SIM as well)as when I use a new instance. But like I said , it shouldnt be the case with only 11% CPU usage. On "new instance" the orders go through as soon as I click the mouse. Not the case with my main chartbook.
