I cannot connect to Rithmic - please help

Hi I have not used SC for over a month since May and I logged on it says connection error message from service : Rithmic trading/ Logon error. My Broker said that you know longer support Rithmic data anymore. Is this true? I seen that SC will work with Ritmic until Dec2020. How can I connect with SC and Rithmic again. I am up for renewal with SC and I would like to know if I should keep using SC or choose another software, because I love Rithmic. Please advise because I love your Software and am torn right now and cannot trade.
