Good morning, I'm having delays with Denali Data today. I haven't experienced this in a while. I compare it to another platform that works with Rithmic and it's going well, so I don't think it has anything to do with my internet connection. Please help.

Well it definitely would have to be related to the connectivity between your computer and the server. Delays are always related to that. To reduce bandwidth usage, refer to:

I've already tried those recommendations and they don't work for me. It's frustrating not to be able to operate because of these lags. What I don't understand is why you say it's a connectivity problem if my internet is perfect and additionally the data with rithmic in RTrader is working fine for me. This tends to happen to me with Sierra when the volatility increases. On RTH closings and days like today.

For the record, you are in Venezuela.

Refer to the information here to be able to get more information to diagnose the problem:
Monitoring Sierra Chart Data Feed Performance from Perspective of Server

Overall we have far far less issues with users using the Denali data feed as compared to Rithmic.

We think we mentioned this before but the best set up is for you to get a server in the United States running Windows and Sierra Chart and then you would connect to it remotely using Remote Desktop protocol.
