Is it possible to show a count down on a candlestick in the last 30 seconds on a 1 minute chart?

No, not just in the last 30 seconds. You can use the Countdown Timer in general, but there is no built-in method to only display it for part of the time. You could modify the source code for the Countdown Timer study for what you want to accomplish.
