Turned on Sierra Charts this morning and I am missing historical data all the way back to March 16th. How do I get that back?

I followed the instructions you sent. I use continuous contracts. I've had no change. When I go to Chart Settings-Advanced Settings-Continuous Contract and select "None" the 3 months of missing data before today returns. I have been using " Continuous Futures Contract-Volume Based Rollover-Back Adjusted" with no problems until this morning. How do I fix this?
