Are email rates per account or per instance? Do you have 500 per day per instance or per account?

So then is it better instead of adding more instances, I add more sierra chart accounts?

Thanks for your help!

The limit is per Sierra Chart account. We have to check exactly what the limits are.

If you need to send a lot of emails, then you should send emails through your own email service. You could look at using this software to interface with this service from ACSIL:

thank you I think it's 200 per hour 500 per day.

What if I send to a different email? is it then 200 per hour 500 per day per email? Because I can select Alert 1 for one email and alert 2 for another email see?

would that work?

The limits are per Sierra Chart account.

Like we said in our previous response, with such a high volume of emails you need to look into using your own email server.
