I noticed off recent, that my Entry and Exit are offset by ~5pts on the US30, when compared to actual LIVE Bid/Ask Prices/Lines on chart; in all past times the Entry Exit was always at the current Bid/Ask levels/Lines LIVE.

iow, The Entry price is at 6pts "higher" than the current LIVE Bid/Ask price.
The Exit price is 4pts "higher" (also higher) than the current LIVE Bid/Ask price. .... see attached comprehensive pic.

Is there any alignments/adjustments I need to make on the SC platform?
(FXCM btw. offered no explanation)

Are the fill prices from FXCM correct? So the question is why do they differ from the live trading prices at the time of the fills? We do not know. Only FXCM is able to answer these questions.

The Fill Prices show/detail the exact same on FXCM as on SC, (see attached) these are just not mimicked on the Charts; as if the actual charts are not aligned with the Prices, or, as if the Prices are not aligned with the charts.
I'm in contact with FXCM Order Execution team now; ... btw. no other FXCM customer is apparently reporting this problem.

If anything comes to mind, pls let me know.

We need you to go to the Trade Activity Log:

Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

Look at the "Fill Price" field and the Date-Time field for those particular "Fills". Are they correct there? What the chart is going to show will be identical. There could not be any error with this. So if those are not matching with the chart bars, then the question is why? We do not know. Only FXCM can answer this. The market data comes from FXCM.

All fills are inline with SC+FXCM charts and trade log ... see attached.
This still begs the question: why are the Entry Exit prices on the chart not aligned?

Slippage is also ruled out, as both, Entry + Exit price are higher then where the market was trading at that moment in time on the chart, (see pic).

Also ... Upon checking all past trades displayed on SC 1min chart, this offset problem started as of (incl) Monday May25,2020; all trades prior, still do (did) display correct, but as of May25 including nine trades yesterday are all offset.

iow. if the US30 is at Ask.27232/Bid.27230 and EnterLong, fill price is displayed (on chart) and recorded as 27238, even though US30 has not even traded anywhere near 27238 (on the chart.
AND, if at Exit the price is at Ask.27246/Bid.27244, fill price is then displayed (on chart) and recorded at 27248; like I said, something is not aligned.

ps. FXCM support is getting worse today than it was even years ago ... so, I stated talking with Lmax ................ ur off-record comment?

The only explanations would be that the market data is delayed which should not be to our knowledge, or that or the fill prices from FXCM are very different than the market prices for reasons unknown.

You really should switch to trading micro YM futures on the CME. That is a safe liquid environment.

fyi, update ...
FXCM finally fixed the problem, yes it took them all this time, first they fixed the Sell-side, then I had to remind them to also fix the Buy-side. Their hierarchy system sucks, upper Management are profit orientated, lower management are powerless getting the top to listen and fix system problems.

We really would recommend not to be trading CFDs. And we recommend our users to move to LMAX for trading rather than FXCM if you want to trade cash forex or CFDs.
