fyi, update ... FXCM finally fixed the problem, yes it took them all this time, first they fixed the Sell-side, then I had to remind them to also fix the Buy-side. Their hierarchy system sucks, upper Management are profit orientated, lower management are powerless getting the top to listen and fix system problems. |
