Every time I take a trade it automatically switches back to a SIM account. I keep clicking the "Trade Simulation Mode On" and it makes me verify that all trades will now be routed vs. staying inside Sierra Chart server. Can you please tell me how to make execute a live trade?

Okay it looks like Global Settings>> Data/Trade Service Settings is where this problem can arise. I have "SC Data - All Services (data)" selected. In the "Service Setting" it says "Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real and under value it says 60. Below that it says "Use London Relay Server for Denali Data" and under "Value" it says "False"

Next to "TTFIX" in the data service selection drop down window it says TT FIX (not enabled on package) (Trading)

Is this the issue? Do I need to pay extra to use the TT FIX Data Feed for live trading? I mostly SIM trade so maybe TT FIX doesn't offer bracketing orders and Parent Child orders on SIM accounts. Is this the issue?

We see that you have a TT account for the Sierra Chart order routing service. Therefore, you need to follow the instructions here starting at step 9:

When your service is set to SC Data - All Services then you are not connected to a trading account, therefore it is not possible to not be in Simulation mode, as there is nowhere to send a trade.

It looks like you have had the Service set to Rithmic recently, is that who you are setup to trade through? If so, then you need to select Rithmic for your service.

Maybe there is some confusion on my part. I am attempting to leave Rithmic. That is why I upgraded the service package and chose denali. Did I not purchase a different data package? When can I start using the SC services?

What you did was fine in terms of data. But if you are still wanting to make real trades, then you still need to have a connection to a trading service. We are not a brokerage and do not offer trading services.

If you are wanting to just use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and place orders through Rithmic, then you need to keep your Service set to Rithmic.

OK, thank you. That explanation is providing some clarity to a few questions I had.
