Just reporting numerous stalls this morning once the market opened. Ten minutes into the session and stalls are still happening.

Everything just stops for a few seconds, no chart update, no DOM update, everything just freezes for a few seconds then starts up again. These stalls have happened probably 20 times or moredduring first 10 minutes after market open.

We are not seeing any problem on our end. Let us know if you are still having issues.

Also, refer to the information in this Help Topic for things you can do to lower the bandwidth and see if this helps overall:

About 25 minutes ago, chart stopped updating. Price was registering, but no candles. Wasn't in a trade, so I just let it sit to see what would happen. Finally, after twenty minutes or so, had to disconnect/reconnect to get the chart to update and display the missing candles. Had some disconnect issues a little earlier than that, as well. Haven't had this type of issue with Denali, until today.

My SC setup is pretty much the same as it's always been. However, I did configure the Windows clock to show seconds, and then removed the countdown timer from my one minute ES chart.

This is going to be a problem with your network connectivity. This is not a server issue.

The first thing we want you to do is to follow the instructions here to reduce the bandwidth usage:

Have dropped Market Depth from 100 down to 10. Dropped stored T&S records from 100,000 to 1,000.

My charts are all ES, but my DOM is set to trade MES, so shouldn't be any chart-related lag issues. Don't use chart trading; no MES chart, anyway.

Have unchecked most everything on the DOM setup, but retained bid/ask columns with lowered depth of 10

I'll play around with it and see how it goes for rest of week.

The last time we heard about this, it was due to someone using a Wi-Fi connection and they made a change to increase the bandwidth of that connection. Maybe that will be helpful in your case.

We do not think 100 levels would really be a problem though. But you do need to try different tthings.

I think it was a temporary glitch with my wireless connection. I'll remember that should I have that issue again.

Had one trade this morning and everything went well. No issues at all.

Thank you!
