Dom stopped showing previous bid and ask

Hello,
I updated the software two days ago. Now the ask and bid that previously printed are automatically being cleared out, I did not change a single setting or make any modifications to the dom. Now when the bid and ask changes it removes the previously recorded prices. How can I get this back?

Sorry about that I should have included it.
Recent bid and Recent ask columns.

Prior to doing the upgrade, the recent bid and ask would print and stay there, when I wanted to clear the book I set a custom keyboard short cut to clear recent bid and ask data. Now it is constantly clearing it out when they ask or bid move back vs printing the last recent bid and ask as price moves away.
I don't know if I am making sense.

E.g previously when the price was 3056, I could see the recent bid and ask above or below the price. It recorded it, so I could see 100 sell orders came in at 3057. That 100 order would remain visible until the price moved back and a new order replaced the prior 100 lot. Now it just clears them out, it prints for maybe a second and then clears it. It's like I am refreshing the recent bid and ask constantly.
Also on the dom today the price box just disappeared and I closed down the charts and reopen and it fixed the error.

I am just confused about why it seems like lately, I am having a ton of issues with Sierra. Which doesn't make sense because I am long term customer? I am wondering could this be my machine, or do I need to reset the software somehow?

If you look at the recent bid and ask on the screenshot I shared you can see what I mean. It just started randomly doing that.

Update****
I open another chartbook and tested the Recent Bid and Ask on that configuration. That DOM behaves normally, the settings are exactly the same. How an I get my main DOM to reset and start showing the Recent Ask and Bids again?

I created a new dom with chart, it was working perfectly doing replays. It just started doing the same thing the other Dom does. It stopped recording the Recent Bid and Ask. When a glitch like this happens, what do I need to do to reset it?

This is extremely important to me, I am willing to pay for support. I have the advance package and this weekend I am switching to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. I need this stuff to work properly.

Now it won't connect to the data feed. Just says waiting to connect. Logon error received from the server. My Rithmic account is current.

There are various options affecting the Recent Bid and Ask Volume market data columns. We will get a list of them and give those to you.

I am having a ton of issues with Sierra.
Let us take this one step at a time and just one issue at a time.

This sounds like a problem with the last trade price or the bid and ask prices. Check those in Window >> Current Quote Window to make sure they look correct.

Regarding Rithmic, we have discontinued support for that:

We have identified a problem where the resetting as documented for this option would occur even when it is disabled:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

This will be resolved in the next release.

Thank you for all your help!!!

I canceled Rithmic and switched to Denali. The change will take place tomorrow morning. I think this will help a lot with the errors.

This is the other relevant setting:
I have set this to 1500 milliseconds and it's a workaround. And seems like the 0 settings will be fixed in the next update?

Again I can't thank you enough for your help. I know how frustrating it can be when you are trying to help someone with a technical problem and only get snippets of the information needed to address the issue. I really appreciate your patients with me.

There was no change with this setting:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Recent Bid Ask Volume Timeout in Milliseconds (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

We do not think in your case you should be setting that to 0. So 1500 sounds fine.

The problem with this setting not getting used, is resolved in 2115 which has been released:
