Question on Data for Market Depth via Earn2Trade

Good morning,

I am paying for SC Package 5 and using Rithmic data via Earn2Trade. I noticed that my market depth on the DOM is only showing 1 column, as opposed to showing more. I wanted to get this market depth feature enabled but was reading that I would need to activate the cme market depth data.

Since i am linked with SC via Earn2Trade, wouldnt that be considered a SIM account? How do i activate the full market depth data in this case? I also read that there is a free 30 day trial for the market depth data as stated in the picture attached.

Thanks in advance

The CME Group does not distinguish between Sim accounts and live accounts. Since you are getting your data from Rithmic, you would need to ask Rithmic about why you are not getting the full depth.

You also have the option of using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, which also has the option of the Market Depth data. Just be aware that the CME Group requires that you have a live and funded trading account that can be verified, in order to qualify for the lower-priced non-professional exchange fees. This does not include a Earn 2 Trade account. Refer to the information here:

And yes, the first time you use a CME Group exchange, it is free for the remainder of the month in which it is activated.

Thank you, i contacted Rithmnic and they told me it wasnt an issue on their end and led me to contact Earn2Trade.

E2T fixed the issue by activating the DOM on their end.

Thanks for your help
