Interactive Scaling Problem

After my last restart of Green Charts I noticed that most of my charts in many different chartbooks now have Interactive Scale Locked. I obviously did not go through all of my charts and check that off on each one. Is there a reason why this would have happened maybe after an upgrade and restart? Is there a way to maybe change this in a Global Setting so that I don't have to reset each chart that I use? I have also talked to other traders who noticed the same problem with the latest Green Charts upgrades. Is there a fix available in any recent upgrades? Thanks for the help.

It makes no sense to us as to why that would have been enabled. There is no functionality in Sierra Chart to automatically enable that particular state.

And there is no global setting either. And we cannot reproduce this issue either.

It is possible you received an updated Chartbook, with Interactive Scale Locked enabled. That would be the only reasonable explanation.

The problem was that it happened in many different Chartbooks so it couldn't be just one updated Chartbook. I would have thought I made some stupid change to Green Charts except that I talked to other traders in my company who noticed the same problem. I will fix manually but thanks for the reply anyway.

The affected Chartbooks may have all been updated. We do not see how this was an issue within Sierra Chart itself. It could not have been. If it were, other non green chart users would have been affected. They are not.
