It makes no sense to us as to why that would have been enabled. There is no functionality in Sierra Chart to automatically enable that particular state. And there is no global setting either. And we cannot reproduce this issue either. It is possible you received an updated Chartbook, with Interactive Scale Locked enabled. That would be the only reasonable explanation.
