Delay cancelling Pending orders or limit orders

I'm using TransAct feed for a couple of days and I notice that after my position is closed, it take several minutes for the limit orders below the market on a long to be cancelled. When trying to click on the cancel all tab, Sierra Charts notifies through the "trade service log" that there are no open positions.
Also, I have TransAct software running on another pc in order to confirm all positions are closed, and indeed I'm flat after the trade is closed.
Up to last week I work with another broker than TransAct and over there I was using Rhithmic as the feed for Sierra Charts and never had an issue.
Is there any incompatibility between TransAct feed and Sierra Charts? Please advise if there is any fix to this issue.
Thanks,
Daniel
By the way, I love trading with Sierra Charts!!!
Thanks for your magnificent software!!!!

We are only recommending services that Sierra Chart has the best integration with and first this is going to be this service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

And second would be CQG but we are not recommending CQG because the Sierra Chart order routing service is superior in many ways.

We would not be recommended Transact or Interactive Brokers or Rithmic.

And also thank you for your comments. That is appreciated.
