We do not see how we can help you with Interactive Brokers equity options trading. That is something that we want to avoid and that is why we say we are not providing technical support for Interactive Brokers further.

Thanks for your response. What I want to do here is to get away from Interactive Broker. I having to many problems with them

Talked to customer and they are only interested in U.S. Equities options. Explained that they would need to stay with Interactive Brokers in that case, as we do not have another trading provider that we support that handles Equities.

He still wants more information on trading options, but we are not able to help them with Interactive Brokers options.

We already called you. The message at post #5 was dated May 27 and you have been called.

Sorry, we cannot provide to help you are looking for. Our recommendation is just to use Sierra Chart only for charting with our own data feeds and do not use Sierra Chart with Interactive Brokers under any circumstances. We have terminated all support for Interactive Brokers. They are history and cannot be trusted and they have garbage systems.

You are looking for help we will not provide under any circumstances. Interactive Brokers is complete total utter garbage. Understand that! We will have nothing to do with them at all any longer.

I am Somewhat confused. It seems we are saying the same thing but for some reason it seems I am not able to communicate it to you.
I am trying to get away from Interactive Brokers
The question is -can I use your platform with your data to trade Options? If so how?

No you cannot. That is a very specialized area that Sierra Chart has no other source of trading for other than Interactive Brokers.

The supported IQ Feed service should have equity options data if you just need the data. But that is a more expensive service to use.

I need help. Can you call me, please? Can we set up at time to talk. Thanks. Im having issues the intraday trading charts, its blank when i open it and i cant trade live, Ive read the practically all the instruction and followed directions to no avail. I will need to be walk through, through this. I'm at my wits ends. Been at this for about a month with no results. Thank you.

Your Sierra Chart account which you have logged into this Support Board with is expired. So we know what Sierra Chart account you are using, go to Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart desktop program and then post in this thread telling us this is done.
