global symbol settings use round turn commission

Hi, I have selected the "Use global round turn commissions" setting for MES?## and I'm still not getting any commissions calculated in my trade logs. I'm trading off a DOM for the ESM20 but under chart settings I have the symbol MESM20 selected for a "use as trade only" symbol. Can you please advise? Also, while playing with the chart settings the horizontal volume at price bars to the left of my DOM jump way over to the left hand side of the chart and I can't figure out how to get them back over to the price column.

Well it worked for a couple days and now I'm not getting any commissions again. To the best of my knowledge I didn't change anything. I have verified that I have followed the instructions. Use global round turn commission is selected and the commission amount is entered and the Use Commission box is checked in the trade activity log. Please advise.

Symbol Settings for MES?## (entered value under settings for commission as well as checked the box for Use Global Round Turn Commission which based on the information provided in support documentation should apply to all contracts.

The problem was the user was not using the correct Trade and Current Quote Symbol which actually matched the Symbol Settings.
