Hi, I have selected the "Use global round turn commissions" setting for MES?## and I'm still not getting any commissions calculated in my trade logs. I'm trading off a DOM for the ESM20 but under chart settings I have the symbol MESM20 selected for a "use as trade only" symbol. Can you please advise? Also, while playing with the chart settings the horizontal volume at price bars to the left of my DOM jump way over to the left hand side of the chart and I can't figure out how to get them back over to the price column. Thanks!
