MES Depth Bars

Using Denali data for MES and the depth bars are not loading properly this morning. Works fine for ES. Screen shot it attached. The depth bars will load for a few minutes then stop altogether. Issue started this morning.

Tried changing the value to 20 and it did not help. I'll connect for a few hours this evening with full depth and see if the issue persists. Full depth for MES was working perfect the past few days.

Yesterday 5/19 the depth bars for MES worked all day. Depth loaded for several hours this morning, but then gaps started to appear. Never happens with ES, only MES.

We think we know the cause of this, but could you set this setting: Number of Levels for Bid/Ask Depth Calculations (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 menu) now down to 10 and see if you then see the bars. If the problem is what we think it is, this will be resolved in the next prerelease coming out today. The problem is there is just a very large imbalance between the bid and the ask side with the number of levels. We see approximately 1000(Bid) versus 300(Ask).
