I have subscribed successfully to the Denali Data Exchange for CME data, verified my funded Futures account and connected it to Sierra Charts via the TT fix, using AMP. I have paid my service balance in full. I am not receiving CME data yet however. Below is my Message Log:

You need to follow the Setup Instructions on this page:

Do not use TT FIX directly. That service cannot be used and there is no way that you could have connected to it.

great thank you. Has my Trading Account Assignment Request Form - Account Support Ticket been completed? Is this also why I am not able to get live data?

As far as I can tell, I have followed these instruction. Still no real time data. I submitted a Trading Account Assignment request on Friday 5/15. I have not had a confirmation that this is live, as yet.

Please advise.

You are not getting live data since you do not have a trading account connected in order to validate yourself as a Non-Professional for the CME Group.

Once the trading account is assigned, then you will just need to finish the Setup Instructions for the SC Order Routing starting at Step #9 here:

Once that is complete, you will then be getting the live data from the Denali Exchange Data feed.

ok so then I need to wait for SC and AMP to assign my active AMP trading account so that I can finish the process? I have an open account ticket that I'm guessing needs to be approved / validated by SC?

So I did receive confirmation that my AMP Clearing account has been connected successfully to SC. Thank you.

So this account will no longer be my active Sierra Chart account I take it.

The issue is, I already activated and paid for both Service Package 5 and Denali CME Non-Professional with market depth in this account, user name: Skyni1. How do I re-establish that credit with this new account that has been assigned through AMP Clearing?

We really just have to cancel the Denali data feed and the refund the most recent usage time payment. We can then transfer the balance to your Sierra Chart account that you have through AMP.

We cannot refund the exchange fee though.

We noticed that your Denali Exchange Data Feed is not complete on your AMP account yet. Please let AMP know that you have completed the agreements and have them finish that setup for you.

Also, the AMP account (AC128290) is currently on Package 3, and not Package 5. Please have AMP update this as well for you if you want to continue on Package 5.

We have taken care of setting your skyni1 account to not renew. You still have 7 days of time available to use it (including the data feed) should you still need it until you are fully setup with AMP.

We have also refunded your unused usage time and move the funds to your new AMP account.
