ES Not loading on chart

Hello Support, I am trying to change symbol on a chart to the ES, and absolutely nothing happens, no sign o loading or anything, grey screen, and changing back to previous symbol does not do anything, just grey screen. Tried to reload and recalculate, update charts drawing to current symbols, nothing at all..

The backup file of the workbook loads in the previous symbol, but does the same thing is switching to the ES.

Any idea? Thank you

Make sure you look up the symbol through the Find Symbol window.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Hi Support, I would do, but as nothing happens as I was describing it the message log is completely blank, so I am not sure this will help you very much..?

The log could be blank for two reasons. It could be due to color settings which would not be relevant to copying and pasting. Also make sure that Window >> Disable Visible Message Logging is unchecked.
