Thanks a lot.

We are not totally sure if you are asking about two separate Sierra Chart accounts or purchasing two years of usage time?

If you are talking about two separate accounts, are those going to be used by just one person?

If you want to purchase two yearly payments, then purchase the first year. Then select the "Update and Renew Now" button one time to have the 2nd year activated. You will then not need to renew for 2 years.

You will do this on this page:

Hello and thank you for this replay.
I would like to buy one year subscription for two (Advanced) licences SierraChart to be used by the same person (me, FerroTrader): I need to use SierraChart from a Virtual Machine in Chicago and from my home directly. I see you propose 5 Licences subscription but I need two of them only.
Could you please guide me through the buying process ? I need Denali for all CME markets, too.
Thanks

You only need one Sierra Chart account:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Licensing / Number of Systems

You do need to pay for CME exchange fees twice which is now supported with the Denali Exchange Data Feed to support two different systems.

Just go ahead and pay for usage time as explained below.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

You can also go to this page in your browser:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:

For further information, refer to:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Renewing Access

When you get the Denali feed set up, and you want to use it on two different computers just let us know and then we will set up the billing for paying the CME fees twice. Instructions for Denali Exchange Data Feed:
