Custom Symbol

I have created a Custom Symbol for a simple 2 instrument difference (ZB v UB on ECBOT) and the chart comes up with the spread difference but:

1) The spread is different to the actual difference in the 2 instruments? Not by much, but varies randomly by 0-4 ticks which is odd. It feels like it is using a different data feed - do I have to amend a field or something in custom symbol? (The 2 individual instrument charts have an [M} after the title but the custom symbol does not).

2) The Custom Symbol downloaded historical data (blue alert on screen) but the chart will not show anything beyond the data from the time I first selected the custom symbol (i.e no back history on Intraday chart). Hence I can only see about 5 minutes of data.Have tried changing chart settings but nothing changes.

Can you guide me on how to fix please.

1. We are still doing some review of this functionality. However, tell us the exact symbol you have created.

Issue resolved. After some trial and error it turns out that:
a) Original custom symbol: 1*{UB-202006-ECBOT-USD}-1*{ZB-202006-ECBOT-USD} does not work,
b) but if I remove "USD" from just the second symbol: 1*{UB-202006-ECBOT-USD}-1*{ZB-202006-ECBOT} it all works perfectly.
