SSL socked shutdown multiple times

Hi, I'm getting folowing message several times during the day, and in the past days I've been automaticly disconected and again connected to the feed also several times a day.

LOG Message:
Socket closed. No error. | 2014-01-17 10:02:38
The SSL socket was shut down successfully. | 2014-01-17 10:02:38
CTS Historical FIX Session: Socket connection was closed without any logout messages sent or received. | 2014-01-17 10:02:38
CTS Historical FIX Session: Disconnected. | 2014-01-17 10:02:38


Im connected to CTS. Can you pls tell me why is thiss happening because I'm testing spreadsheet automaed system and planning to go live in couple of weeks. I don't want to be experiencing multiple disconectins per day.

This indicates the remote CTS server closed the connection. What the reason is we do not know. Sierra Chart will reconnect five seconds later. We could reduce the reconnect time.

Ok but it happens to me several time me in a day, and if I will run in future automatic strategy live it's not a good thing.

In the next release of Sierra Chart we will reduce the reconnect time.
