Combining 5min and 15min bars

When I use a spreadsheet study to overlay 15min data on original 5min data, the 15min data is repeated across 3 rows. Is it possible to get the 15min data snapped at 5min intervals? ie the close of the 10:00 5min bar lines up with a snap of the 10:00 15min bar at 10:05?

Thanks

You will want to use the Study/Price Overlay study:

Not sure how you are accomplishing what you want with the Spreadsheet study.

Thanks, that is what i am using.

I have a graph with 5 min data. I have then used a study/price overlay with 15min data.

Then when i open a spreadsheet study, the 15min data is repeated over 3 rows since a 15min bar covers 3 * 5min bars. So the 8:30, 8:35 and 8:40 rows all have the same 15min data from the 8:30 15min bar.

What i would prefer to happen is the 15min bar is snapped every 5 mins so each row has the bar value when the respective 5min bar closes.

Is that possible?

Thanks

if you look at the result when the graph is stopped (not replay, not connected ... or immediately after loading the values of the whole chart) then you will always see such a result because the OHLC structure is transmitted, ie the result of a closed bar is always transmitted. What do you see with a "running graph"?

When the graph is running live, all 3 rows are ticking at the same time.
