Nasdaq chart not loading

When I try to switch my chart from Nat Gas(/NG) to Nasdaq (/NQ)it freezes up . This only happens with Nasdaq , no other symbol does this. I went to Symbol and it starts to upload then I get the white screen and time glass. I dont want to lose all my chart data, I just want to flip between symbols.I have SC order routing with Advantage . Please help.

This must have something to do with the studies on the chart in particular ones that use Volume at Price data. This would probably be the most relevant help topic:

Probably would be best just to use a separate chart for NQ.

Tried all that . Still no luck. Any other ideas?

Just use a completely new chart for that symbol. There should not be any problems. If there is, what study is causing the issue? There must be some study that you are adding which then creates the problem. Which one?
