Daily P/L reset time does not take the chart time zone into account

I think there is a bug in the calculation of the reset time for the Daily P/L values. It is wrong if the time zone of the chart is different from the global time zone.
In my case, the global time zone is CET and the chart time zone is ET. The chart trading session is from 18:00 to 17:59 ET (no evening session). I would expect that the Daily P/L is reset around 18:00 ET. However, it is reset at 18:00 CET (= 12:00 ET) - in the middle of the trading session. This happens both in Sim trading and real trading. SC version is 2091.

I have read the documentation: Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value

We will check on this. This also explains a similar issue that someone else reported and we could not understand why it was happening in their case.
