historical intraday data stuck at yesterday

I am testing with the free trial, and I read that the intraday data should be refreshed every ten minutes. However, I am stuck on 4/21 and there is already 2 hours the market is open. I went into the documentation and did what was explained, but obviously I am missing something. Any help?

What is the symbol of the chart. Select Edit >> Download Data from End of Chart. If the bars are filled in, then check that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real-time Symbols (min) is set as you expect. Thank you for your answer, I had already done that. I found out it was the start time of the session that was set 13.30 because I downloaded the software middle day. By changing start time at 00.00.00 , everything worked well.

When you download Sierra Chart it does not have any effect on Session Times. There is another reason why it was set to that. Maybe there was a change in time zone settings.
