First, you need to update to the current release.

Then you need to connect to your Trading provider in order to validate your Non-Professional status for the CME Group. Refer to the information here:

Hi There,
Futures data was working fine yesterday.
Do I need to contact broker in middle of month for data when process to connect to them was done on the first day of the month?
The link you sent is the process to be done once a month and it has already been done.
Im an active trader and all opt in processes with transact to have sierra stand alone as my charting has been done with broker.
Two questions:
1) Are there any changes to the established process?
2) If data was working, nothing has changed with my broker, trading account is funded and active, why is data interrupted in the middle of the month?
3) Is this problem originated from your end or at brokers side?

There were some version of Sierra Chart where it was not validating for the full 30 days, but was only doing 15. This is why we need you to first update to the current version and then go through the process of connecting to your Trading service to get back to the proper monthly process.

The authorization for CME data no longer has to be done exactly at the beginning of the month and ends at the end of the month. Every time you connect to your funded trading account, there is an authorization given for 30 days from that point. So it can end at other than the end of the month.

It looks like you have a separate installation of Sierra Chart that is connected to Transact. Also update that to the latest version and if you are always connecting to Transact each day you should never have this problem.


You should not have to implement the easy solution with your configuration. You do not need it.
