How to add/ trade NQ's using AMP/TTNet?

I am using Sierrachart with AMP/TTNet. In the pre-populated symbol list, I cannot find NQ or YM futures. ES are there and not a prblem. How do I add/ trade NQ's and YM's in Sierrachart using AMP/TTNet?

Well, they are definitely NOT there. That is why I am posting. Have performed reset as described and this has not changed anything.

P.S. I did a remote support call with AMP and they could not locate the symbols for NQ's and YM's either. It was the AMP support team that suggested that I should contact you guys.

If you actually did a Full Reset, then this log is indicating there is a communication problem from your side to the Sierra Chart server. What operating system are you running and if you have any firewall software running on the computer, disable it. The Windows firewall is OK and does not have to be disabled. I did a full rest as per instructions. I am running Windows 7 and do not have a firewall other than the Windows one. I am also running Avira Anti-Virus, but that should not affect comms.

When you press the Full Reset button on the Global Symbol Settings window, the list of symbols will be cleared. And then new symbols will be downloaded. How long did it take for the list to fill back up? It should be done in just a few seconds. It may take longer and you will need to wait until the list fills. And then after this you must press OK.
