Unable to connect to IB (SC v1077)

IB status window says I'm connected to IB. However, after I also open SC the log reports 'unable to connect, trying to reconnect time after time, without result.

This issue comes out of the blue, I have no idea for what reason. Below you find the Logs Report. Please advice what to do. Thank you in advance.
