I am using SC for charting and placing orders. My account is at Gain through Stage 5 Trading. I am subscribed to the SC full data pkg. I also have Gain data. I sign on through DTS as Gain, not SC. I saw you no longer support Gain. I also read in the forum that Denali may be a consideration for me instead of SC data. I trade ES, but track NQ, and RT for analysis. Am I able to use my current SC data and place orders to my Gain account, eliminating the Gain data? Or Denali if that is where SC is going? I would be glad to dump the Gain feed but would prefer to keep the trading account. Please advise. Thanks.

Yes.

You can also use the Denali Exchange Data Feed which is going to be lower-cost:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

We will switch you over to this.

Well if you use the Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing service you will then save 5 USD a month on the data feed. It becomes 20USD instead of 25 a month.

And you will not have to pay Gain Capital any exchange fees for market data. And you will have low latency order routing.

The only other question is risk management. As long as between what TT offers and what your clearing firm has, there is the risk management that the clearing firm needs, then it should be fine switching.

Reply to SC Support. How do I contact you? Is this actual Sierra Chart support or a 3rd party. Thanks

In your first reply you said you would switch me over to Denali. That is fine with me. Will you do it at your end or what are the steps I need to take, and when, to have as little crossover expense as possible. thanks

Hi User23815, in order to have us instruct Stage 5 to set you up on the TT-based Order Routing service, please complete this sign-up form here:

My understanding from earlier conversations is that I am not able to use TT based routing while my accounts are help at Gain. I go through Stage 5 but my understanding from Ray is that I would need to move to another clearing firm in order to use the TT routing. If that is not correct let me know. Otherwise I have set up Denali and will explore moving accounts going forward.

Yes, you are correct, Gain Capital does not support the TT Based Order Routing Service. Also, Stage 5 does support this Service at both Dorman Clearing and Advantage Clearing, so they can help you when the time comes. Thank you.

We see you have activated the Denali Data Feed, you can go ahead and activate the exchanges that you need:
#3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed

Regarding the on-going exchange fees (no cost for you in April):

I believe Denali is doing that. THey contacted me as well and asked which exchanges this morning. Thanks
