Historical CFD Data Not Loading data from before 2011.

Hi, I am trying to load additional data on my intra-day chart for UK100. I have 60 min charts and want to get data from 1-Jan-2008 to present. When I input this date into the "Date range in file" box under the chart settings menu the date automatically reverts to 2-Jan-2011. This is very frustrating and I can't work out why it's happening. I assume it is my error and I have put a setting in wrong somewhere but I can't see where. I have tried the following Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings I have also tried using the box "Use Date Range" But again I'm unable to get data prior to Jan-2011. Please help. |

There is not data available for that symbol before that date. This is all.

Hi, Thanks for such a quick response. The information page for the Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service indicates that data is available as far back as December 2007. That does not apply to all symbols like CFDs.
