Hi, I am trying to load additional data on my intra-day chart for UK100. I have 60 min charts and want to get data from 1-Jan-2008 to present. When I input this date into the "Date range in file" box under the chart settings menu the date automatically reverts to 2-Jan-2011. This is very frustrating and I can't work out why it's happening. I assume it is my error and I have put a setting in wrong somewhere but I can't see where. I have tried the following Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings I have also tried using the box "Use Date Range" But again I'm unable to get data prior to Jan-2011. Please help.
