Big gaps in CL data

I have tried every trick I know to get the data to reload (delete all data and download, download data for all historical charts, recreate a chart) but I cannot get the missing data that shows on this chart. What else should I be trying? I get data for all my other symbols just fine. CL has always been a nuisance in this regard...

Follow the instructions here:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data (Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data)

And if you are running a sub instance, use that procedure on the main instance of Sierra Chart first and then after in the sub instance.

After completing the procedure (again) - no joy.

As you can see, I have significant gaps every month, often as big as 2 weeks of missing data.

OK, looks like a call is not necessary. I went back into Symbol Settings and fiddled with the rollover method and put back to the "default" setting. That seems to have done the trick. Still not sure what the problem was, but 'tis solved.

Thanks

Yes that is definitely going to cause a problem if you are changing the rollover related Symbol Settings.
