Hello. I have a 30T Reversal Chart. When price was trading at 2670 I placed a horizontal line at 2666.50. This had a alert attached to it with a LAST Crossing from Below on it. So I expected that when price would go BELOW 2666.50, then cross back ABOVE 2666.50 I would get a alert. But as you can see that didn't happen. Please let me know how I can fix this? When the alert is generated, it changes to a black line using the a "Line Hit" config. |

Here is the last two screen shots. #5 shows the alert after it was triggered, which was 2 bars later. I'm not sure why it fired then.

Take a look at the following and see if this could be the problem: Chart Drawing Tools: Chart Drawing Alert Not Triggering When Expected For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-04-08 20:13:54

I checked that, and my update interval is 150ms. This took WAY longer than a few seconds.

Can you please attach the Chartbook to this thread so we can take a look at the setup. We tried running this with a Renko setup ourselves, but we are not having any issues. Refer to the following for how to attach the chartbook: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
