I currently have sierra charts set up with my rithimc data feed from the Photon platform that I trade from. I only need sierra charts for charting not execution. Ever since I activated sierra charts last week the server signal keeps dropping on both Photon and Sierra. I see that I have supscribed to Sierra chart exchange data feel. Do you think this will help from my signal dropping.? I have a live futures account with Future Path Trading clears through Dorman trading LLC as well as a sim account with One Up Trader, both using rithimc

To answer your question about the markets I trade: equity index futures: ES, NQ, YM, RTY and their micros
I also trade: CL, GC, and ZB

I use NYSE data for market internals and breadth indicators such as: Tick-nyse, NISS-nyse (advance-decline line)
and i also use a few etf's: VXX, SPY, QQQ, IWM, and the $VIX

Please let me know if you think switching to the sierra exchange data feed will help from my issues with my signal dropping, I'm not sure if i need a seperate username and password for the server like I do for Rithmic

We apologize for the delay. Well you definitely will be better off using the Sierra Chart provided data feeds. Those are going to be more reliable.

We will follow up with you exactly what is needed and the cost.

Hi User797603, we can speak about this when you have time. To begin we recommend that you try the Denali Data Feed, if it does not work perfectly there must be an issue on your infrastructure side. If Denali works for you as it should, you can find your other needs within the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

Hi there User797603, can we help you with this? Do we understand correctly that you need the CME group, CBOE indices, and US equities. ((1) Denali Data Feed, and (2) SC Exchange Data Feed)
