I have a chartbook where I place yesterdays Open, High, Low and Close on my DOM as shown in the attachment. I did this sometime ago and forgot how. I am building a new DOM and would like to place this in a similar fashion on the new DOM but I am limited to a small set of indicators on the DOM that I can add. How is this done? Thanks

You can always directly ask the creator of the original chartbook (TicinoTrader ZN Playbook) to provide the instructions or make adjustments to the DOM, chartbook.

Simply you can add the OHLC study to an existing chart, and overlay the study values on the DOM using the Study/Price overlay study available on the DOM.
Alternatively you can set the OHLC study to display the levels labels in the 'Label column' then turn on the label column on the DOM.

Hope this helps.
