Denali Feed - How to get Real Time $SPX and SPY

I switched over to the SC Denali feed and can get historical $SPX - SPY, but how do I enable these symbols for "real time"?

Is there any consideration for the Denali feed to enable the SPX, NDX indexes or SPY, QQQ ETF's?
