We are no longer using TT for trading and have moved to Stellar, do you support this trading software? If not and we signup for the Denail package will we still be charged the exchange fees even though we are already paying them?

No we do not support that. You can avoid paying the professional fees a second time if you use "netting" through the CME. However, you have to ask the CME if you can take advantage of that.
