We see you are using Transact.

First thing we want you to do is to update to the current version with Help >> Download Current Version. Instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

After updating:
Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set Service Setting >> Disable Market Data Connection to True.

Then connect with File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Let us know if you are still having a problem. You might with the Orders connection.
