Dear Sir/Madam,

Please could you tell me how to show all of my chart? This dotted box is cutting off the bottom (at least i think this is what the problem is?).

The dotted box is just showing the region for the Volume by Price graph. It is not the reason for the chart going below the bottom of the screen.

First thing is to just Reset the scaling on the chart. Refer to the following for how to do this:

I have reset my scales as instructed and nothing has changed; the dotted box is still showing!?

There is an option to control this in the Volume by Price settings:
