The beginning of a volume bar is when the previous bar reaches its volume fill, and the end of a volume bar is when the current bar reaches its volume fill.

It's not possible to timestamp the end of a volume bar because it is unknown.

The beginning Date Time of a bar is in column A.
The Bar End Time study outputs the Time of the end of previous bars, which is most cases is the same as the beginning of the subsequent bar.
The current bar end time is unknown until it happens, but its latest time is output in row 3, and it matches the time of cell J41.

All this to ask: what are you trying to do?
