v 2068 not able to connect to rithmic

Tried to upgrade to latest v 2068 but could not connect to rithmic. Tried downgrading to 2060 - could not connect. Downgraded to 2048 (using this last week) and able to connect to rithmic. Should this be happening?

No, that should not be happening. It sounds coincidental is going back to a prior version of solving the problem.

Also be aware the cost of using Rithmic is going to go up significantly, next month due to CME fee increases and their policies if you require market depth data.

OK, given your recommendation(to switch to the Sierra Chart order routing service), I asked my brokerage if they could do this but they said no because:

"Ironbeam technologies are not compatible to the SC Feed yet, so we can't offer the SC Feed at the moment. But SC is in the process of trying to configure their new Feed to all of the Clearing Firms. Some Clearing Firms are compatible already, and some are not. The best we can do, is to leave you on the Rithmic feed until Ironbeam is fully configured to the new SC Feed."

I'm confused. My Rithmic feed will not connect with higher versions - not good. so a solution is to leave my brokerage for another to use the Sierra Chart order routing service?

You can use CQG as an alternative:
CQG Trading Platform Service

Or just stay with Rithmic.

When you have a chance and you update to the newest version of Sierra Chart and then connect to Rithmic, provide a copy of the Message Log so we can see what the problem is:
